Grats on your kill! I’m sorry you haven’t had much luck with your LS in Abyssea with key items, we had this issue too, but there is a way around it I’ll be glad to share that bit of information with you if you would like, contact me anytime in game, FFXI is about progress with all groups not just one, and nothing should kept a secret between others.

Yo, don’t give up, this quest is a test of determination and sacrafice, as a fellow upgrader (5500/10000 Stage4 Excalibur) All I have to say is don’t let all your hard work go in vein, you will regret it I garantee that.
I started my shell “FundMyRelic” in Febuary of 09 the 1st month was shakey; wipe and low coin counts n whatnot, howver a lot of faces I’ve ran into the past caught wind of what I was trying to do. 1 by 1 old friend banded up and joined my cause, they brought their friends and so on, and now AUG 09 I’m half way done in the final stage.
I’m not trying to compare btw, I just wanted to say a lot of elbow grease a handfull of good friends and a lengthy good reputation. Is what did it for me, but leading a dynamis shell has its downsides, FF wiki states doing a relic requires sacrafice to pull off and only know am I begining to understand what those words ment; as should anyone who’s done an upgrade past stage 4, but hang in there you have the fragment you jsut need one final push. Try finding an LS leader that will loan you 30 silvers and just pay him back after you finish with the coins you get back.
